Bid for the variety of cool items at Cloudstaff Dream Points Auction with your Dream Points you’ve earned for attending our different functions or events. It’s so easy to bring home an item or bulk of items. Here’s how:
1. First time users need to register using your Dream Points Reward e-mail to receive a temporary password.
2. Once registered go to: http://bidhero.cloudstaff.com/login and login.
3. Select the item or items you want to place a bid on using your Dream Points on a certain date and time indicated on the item for auction.
4. Type in the Dream Points you want bid for the selected item and click “Place Bid” button.
5. As with other auctions, the highest bidder when the auction date and time expires gets to claim the item and points get deducted.
6. Bidhero uses Proxy Bidding. Proxy bidding makes bidding on auctions easier and less time-consuming for buyers once the auction reserve price has been met. When you place a bid, you might get the item for less than your actual bid.
7. You will be notified via email if you’re the winning bidder and points will be automatically deducted from your bank. Bid item cannot be returned or canceled once the highest bidder has been locked.
8. To claim your item, please look for MaxwellC or JudeO in CRK03 Level 2 every Friday starting at 8am.
